Tourists

Hekipia is a historical stakeholder in accommodation solutions with an offer that is constantly developing, whilst protecting the fundamentals of sustainability, profitability of investment for clients and quality of client experience.

A design office at the core of the company develops technical solutions with high added value for campsites so as to perfectly integrate their surroundings such as in flood areas, sloped land, or areas which are difficult to access. With an offer comprising Chalets, Trailers and Canvas Tiny Houses, as well as a host of other customisable options, we offer an all-round response to our clients.

Private individuals

The pandemic highlighted spatial problems experienced by a number of French people. A study led by Odoxa for Hekipia showed that 20 million French people feel a little restricted in their home and that almost 1/4 of French people have considered moving to a larger space. This extra space would primarily be dedicated to sport and well-being (31%), as a guest room (29%), a work-from-home office (25%) or could be dedicated to cultural pursuits (23%).  In all instances, French people are unanimous in the improved quality of life that extra space can bring.

By designing a 20m² model of which the construction principle is ideally suited to private individuals, the Hekipia Tiny Home is a quick, effective and trendy solution. Several layouts are possible as options so as to adapt the use of these extra 20m² to three essential uses, namely: Living, working, relaxing. A Tiny Home can be installed after submitting a prior declaration of works, and is sold as a kit for self-construction which takes just a few days. A small 14m² trailer delivered assembled and fully-fitted has joined our offer in 2023.

Temporary housing

In 2022, over 300,000 people were homeless in France. Local authorities have committed to finding solutions to accommodate these people experiencing difficulties: Single mothers with children, unaccompanied minors, migrants, students, seasonal employees, etc. Accommodation is a fundamental step towards security and helping these people rebuild.

Hekipia offers a range of accommodation solutions with different layouts so as to offer a suitable response for the type of person being housed. Our Tiny Houses help to bring stability, improved autonomy and offer a decent accommodation solution worthy of the name for occupants.

The economic pertinence of these solutions, better suited and more profitable than hotel stays, is a fundamental factor for local authorities.
